The purpose of the article was to offer ways to improve the legislation regulating the field of automation of judicial enforcement proceedings, in order to guarantee the rights of the executing entities. The research methodology is based on the application of the following methods of scientific cognition: analytical, comparative, legal, hermeneutic and synthesis. Gaps in the legal regulation of automation of court enforcement proceedings in Ukraine were identified and ways to eliminate them were suggested. The authors have offered amendments to legislative acts with respect to: granting the right to the parties to enforcement proceedings to apply through the enforcement officer to the State Enterprise "National Information Systems" to further solve problems of removing obstacles to access to the Automated System of Court Enforcement Proceedings. It is concluded that, it can be stated that the automation of court enforcement proceedings is a significant achievement of the national system of court enforcement proceedings. However, in order to improve the legislation on the automation of judicial enforcement procedures and the practice of its implementation, a set of institutional reforms must be carried out.

The aim of the article was to suggest ways to improve the legislation regulating the scope of operation of the automated system of judicial enforcement proceedings, in order to increase the effectiveness of enforced execution of decisions while respecting human rights. The methodology of the article was based on the application of the following methods of scientific cognition: analytical, deductive, hermeneutic, comparative and synthesis. In addition, the authors analyze the legal regulation of the operation of the automated system of execution of court judgments, as an element of information provision for the forced execution of resolutions and, at the same time, have revealed the gaps in its legal regulation and, consequently, have suggested the ways to eliminate them. It was definitely established that there was no need to amend the legislation concerning the distribution of enforcement documents among private enforcement officers within their districts of jurisdiction. In the conclusions it was offered to improve certain provisions of the Ukrainian legislation regulating the provision of information on compulsory enforcement of decisions, in particular, to give the prosecutor access to information on judicial enforcement proceedings on an equal footing with the parties.

The relevance of the study is as follows: if the substantive decision of a court or other jurisdiction (offi-cial) is subject to enforcement, the state must provide an effective mechanism for such kind of enforce-ment (otherwise, in case of non-compliance with the decision by the obligated person, protection of rights, freedoms, interests of the person will remain only on paper). An important component of such a mechanism is the system of enforcement of decisions. Therefore, each state faces the question of which system of enforcement of decisions to choose, and here we need the experience of other states that have already passed this path and can already clearly understand the results. The purpose of the article is to consider the experience of foreign states in reforming the system of enforcement of decisions and the legal status of executors in order to implement it in Ukraine. Methodological basis of the scientific arti-cle is general and special methods of scientific research (deductive, analytical, synthesis method, hermeneutic method, comparative, statistical, historical, dialectical and other methods), which were used to cover the topic of the scientific article. The results of the study contain a generalization of the experience of foreign countries in reforming the system of enforcement of decisions and the legal status of executors. The practical significance of the study is that the scientific article analyzes the application of different systems of organization of enforcement of court decisions, other bodies (officials), different approaches to the legal regulation of the legal status of executors. This can be useful for both legal scholars and legal practitioners, as well as anyone interested in reforming executive legislation.

The objective of the article was to analyze the problematic aspects of the judicial executive process, considering its properties and the classification of its stages. The methodological basis of the study are the general and special methods of scientific knowledge (inductive, analytical, hermeneutic, systemic and others). The results of the study include the analysis of scientific approaches to the essence, properties, classification of stages of the executive process and argumentation of theoretical proposals and informed practices. Moreover, the authors' conclusions on certain topics are set out, a new original definition of "stages of the executive process" and their original new classification is based. The practical importance of the results is that the conclusions and proposals made significantly enrich procedural science during the implementation of judicial decisions; it will be useful for the subjects of enforcement proceedings (implementing agents, parties to enforcement proceedings) in the exercise of their procedural rights and the performance of their procedural functions. The conclusions presented based on the analysis can be used to generalize executive practice.

The purpose of the article was to reveal the problematic aspects of the realization of the right to housing by war veterans who participated in counter-terrorism operations / joint operations. I am interested in observing the protection of this right in civil, criminal and executive proceedings based on national and international law. The methodological basis of the study includes general and special methods of scientific research (historical, statistical, formal logic, comparative legal and structural logic). Statistics are given on the number of war veterans (combatants) as of 2019-2020, in the dynamics of providing them a living space in Ukraine during 2015-2020. In addition, the article provides examples of the elimination of conflicts of laws and ambiguous judicial practices of application of civil, family, housing and social law, as well as civil, criminal and executive procedure in the field of exercise of the right to housing by combatants and their families, protection of this right before the courts and execution of decisions in this category of cases. The results of this work can be useful for combatants who need to improve their living conditions, as well as for human rights defenders who help these people.
